Dear Colleague;

2021 has been an uneasy year for all of us due to the pandemic. With the beginning of a new year, we keep our hope for a productive and rewarding year.

The official bi-annual EHNS meeting European Conference on Head and Neck Oncology – ECHNO 2023 will be organized by Prof. Ana Castro in Lisbon, Portugal.

We would like to inform you that it is now possible to submit your proposal for the organization of ECHNO 2025.

The submission needs to be backed by your respective National Society. Usually, ECHNO meetings attract approximately 800 attendees. The meeting place should be arranged fulfilling the ECHNO criteria; only ONE large meeting room, one space for posters, rooms for the EHNS Council meeting or satellite symposia. It could be inside a hotel or an academic place. Please try to select one main hotel and several other hotels with a range of prices, all being located at a reasonable distance from the meeting place. Industrial sponsoring belongs to your responsibility. The deadline for the submission for ECHNO 2025 is the end of March 2022

Candidatures will be presented to EHNS Board and the final decision on the ECHNO 2025 organization will be made at the EHNS Council meeting. Yours sincerely,

Prof. Wojciech Golusiński
EHNS President

Prof. Şefik Hoşal
EHNS General Secretary
